I had this working before fine. I had to reinstall windows completely, but I installed everything the same. Now Vdub doesn't want to capture anything. I get an error saying that I have no capture card. I still can capture through the ATI software, but not in Vdub. I thought I checked every possible solution, but I still can't get it to work, any suggestions??

Have you downloaded the ATI wrapper? That helps for most people. Do a forum search for ati wrapper and you'll find a link to it. Good luck.

hi-
is there a way to save capture settings in Vdub? say if i follow the vcdhelp vdub link for capturing divx in realtime. i set vdub up and then when i exit out after i am done the settings go back to dfault????? -
Ok, the wrapper worked. I don't understand why it worked before without the wrapper though. This all started because of my reformat. sheez.
Oh, and there is a way to save the settings under Vdub.
Under preferences I believe, there is something you can check to save the current settings, and you'll have the same settings whenever you load vdub.
Thanks for the help. -
