Im just wondering if there is anyway at all to modify my rather expensive Pioneer DV-270 player to make it play DivX encoded movies? It's a great player only lacking MPEG4 functionality. Does a DVD player require special internal electronics and circuitry to decode DivX/XVid movies or is a software solution available?
Many thanks.
