I am digitizing family videos from VHS tapes and there is this white flashing. I have a RCA Hi-Fi Stereo Accusearch Four Head VCR with composite cables plugged into an Elgato Video Capture that plugged into my computer via USB 3.2.1. If I change USB ports I still have the same problem. I've messed with the tracking but it doesn't solve the problem. I am capturing footage via OBS. I have provided an example in this attached video. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks.

Missing an acctuall interface or screen to communicate with the user of an hardware, could be the case that any error or flaw would get added onto the acctual video instead? ie. red flash would indicate one thing, white an other and blue one other thing? Ie. if there is to much elctric statisity around the hardware it would indicate this onto the video with an flashing color for it had to lower the amount of allowed electricity to be used to not cause an fire/electric shock? try clean the cables and such things with an anti electro static wet tissue, allso help to not have any signals re-routed/weakend in any electro static field during the usage!
