    i was browsing through a local shop and saw this card which includes a tv tuner, fm radio and capture card for $72. I would like a simple way to back up some movies from hi8 to dvd, would this be a good choice?? thanks

    The MCE stands for Media Center Edition. What operating system are you using? Windows MCE?
