    I recently got a usb flash drive from my employer. I tried to use it but I can't find it anywhere on my computer. I plugged it in and opened my computer and nothing? I then ran add new hardware, found the device and it said it was running properly. Why won't it show up with my other drives? I'm running WinXP

    Take a look at Disk Manager and see if it shows up.
