DVX stands for DVD and DVB and is a .NET based open source encoding frontend with support for a wide range of source and target formats. The application utilizes some of the most powerful and popular video applications like DVD Decrypter, AviSynth, VirtualDub, BeSweet, XviD, DVD2AVI or derivatives and many more.
The benefits of DVX are:
feature requests are appreciated and very often applied
no spyware, adware or any other form of malware
fast development (VS 2003 (VB .NET/C#) )
rich featured, versatile, customizable
easy to use
build in AviSynth editor with syntax highlighting and code completion
makes cutting a breeze
extensible by plugins
Although there is a support forum everybody is welcome to post here everything related to the application like requesting features, reporting bugs or simply asking if and how something can be done with DVX. The more details I get the easier it will be for me to support it.
