hihi^^
sorrie to bother you guys
i know this question has been asked many times
but i really want to get some advice from you guys' experience.
it's hard for a newbie like me to find a suitable card
i'm a student
so i use my pocket money carefully
i don't wanna buy a card that turns me down anyway
the main function i want is to convert tape to vcd
i'm enough with the long converting time
so real-time capturing would be the best
and my question is .....
is that possible to get a capture card which make vcd with quality near VHS??
would that be very expensive??
i hope to buy one around $150
yup...that's all
what i care most is the video and audio quality
hope you guys give me a hand
thank you very muchi^^
