tmpgdvd author serious error

for the last couple of weeks , everytime i try to convert to dvd from any file about 5 minutes in the computer just freezes and i have to press the restart button. this also happens with tmpgenc.
but if i use nero to convert the files they will convert , but it takes too long


anyone else had this and found a solution

Hi eminem,

What's changed on your PC in the last couple of weeks? Things rarely "just die"... It's usually as a result of something changing / being (un)installed.

Have you tried re-installing TMPGEnc / other (un-named) software that's failing?

Where in the UK are you? I left there 3 months ago...

i am still having problems, i have tried uninstalling and then reinstalling all different software but on nearly everything that i am trying to convert , my computer will freeze.
i have tried nero, neo, tmpg dvd author , tmpgenc , even using the gba movie converter it freezes.

is anyone else having this problem or similar

What are your source files? Use GSpot (free) to get info on the file and post a screenshot here.

@ Hardcoreruss - I missed that one... Or you would've got a jovial retort of some description. But, as it was 2 months ago, I think I'll just give in and accept it... This time...
