  1. Hello. I just saw this:

    AVI files can be used as assets. They will be encoded to FULL resolution DVD mpgs. Thus a 700MB avi will become a 3GB+ mpeg.

    on the SVCD2DVD site. The framerate can be changed so that the file is less right? (like in MainConcept MPEG Encoder...)

    EDIT: Or is that just an option?

    Well since Beta 8 there are now two encoding options for AVI: DVD resolution (720 width @ 8000bps) and SVCD resolution (480 width @ 4000bps).

    Framerate is not really an issue here but you can also convert from PAL to NTSC at the same time as converting from AVI to MPEG.
    SVCD2DVD v2.5, AVI/MPEG/HDTV/AviSynth/h264->DVD, PAL->NTSC conversion.
