without a paddle (usa) problem

i did the backaup with dvdshrink, and clonedvd, and on both
i have the same problem
after the menu, the movie does not start the first chapter
i skip the first chapter and the second start, but it loops in each chapter

i tried vobblanker, and i ripped to HD,, but when i tried to
make de .iso file with dvdshrink, it can't open it

any suggestion or success on the back up ??

I re-authored it in DVDShrink, choosing only title 1 and playback was fine.

another weird thing is the movie i did (the bakup) does not play
in any of my two cyberhome dvd players, but it play
on an apex, but without the trailers on the begining
