    I heard that there may be a file in which I should include when burning a VCD. I heard that It goes in one of the files Nero makes when you burn a VCD. It has something to do with rewind/fast forward, maybe I am wrong. Has anyone ever heard of this? Thanks

    I believe you are refering to the problem with Apex DVD Players and the SVCD authoring with Nero, as far as I know it's not relevent to VCD, and also the problem was fixed in latest Nero v5.551.
