Followed the link(s) to download this from the Helix website but comes to a dead end at the Real Player webpage. Ive tried everything but....nope still cant seem to get hold of this download.

Any suggestions where I can pick it up from....alternative download link anyone?

unfortunately older downloads are removed. if i remember correctly, major modified ffmpegX in the way that it doesn't check which version of reallibs are installed. you can try one of the daily builds listed here

Fantastic.....followed your link, downloaded the all_clients version for Mac and installed it without a problem.
