  1. I just got a new T4155 emachines computer and I use dvd2svcd. I install aspi driver set 4.60 and install cdrwin. Everything runs fine with dvd2svcd and when I burn the bin/cue with cdrwin everything looks like it's burning fine. When it's done it's will not play in my dvd player and my computer will not read it. I try burning the mpg file with nero and the same thing happens. I check all the setting from cdrwin with my old computer and the only that not the same is, under adapters (under devices and setting)
on my old computer in adapter Information I show adapter 0:7:0 atapi, 1:7:0 atapi, 2:7:0 atapi and 3:7:0 atapi and with my new computer only has 0:7:0 atapi and 1:7:0 atapi. Can anyone help!

    Question.
Did svcd's created on your old pc play on your standalone ??
If you've created a svcd (not even exactly according to svcd specifications) and burn it with Nero, it should work. I don't think your aspi settings are the reason. Is your pc capable of reading data-cd's created with your new setup ?
A correctly made svcd does not have to play on your standalone, it has to be able to do that. Not all players can, unfortunately.

  4. Question - did you crack CDRWIN? Cracked verison are known to make coasters Try CDRDAO and it's GUI, or VCDImager Easy.

Both can be found at http://www.doom9.org under downloads | full page.

  5. The svcd played fine on my stand alone dvd with my old computer. I'm using the same cdrwin copy from my old computer. I've thinking about copying all the .dll file from system32 and system from my old computer to the new one. Any other ideas...You are my only hope..

What brand of recordables are you using ? At what speed do you burn your vcd's ? Did you use to burn at a lower speed on your old pc ?
