Okay, another newbie question. In trying to back up Spiderman (superbit version), I noticed that Shrink had a comp. rate of about 70% while CloneDVD2 was more like 50%. Why would they be different? Do they use a different type of compression and, if so, is one better than the other? Just kind of curious as to whcih app I should use...
Also, is there a way to adjust settings on CloneDVD2? The 'preferences' button only brings up incidental stuff. There's no way to adjust the amount of compression (that I've found). The little slider on the bottom seems to be just for show -- it won't move when I try to adjust it...
Any thoughts, advice, info is appreciated. Thanks!
J
