  1. I currently have a Dazzle DVC-80. Im wanting to capture video that is larger than 352x240. At first i thought it was my old computer not letting me because it was slow and junky. I've recently just got a new gateway that is P4, 1.0GB of ram and a 160gb hard drive. But even now when i still try to capture higher than 352x240 is Pinnacle Studio it just resets it back to those numbers. I've even tried other programs like Virtual VCR and when i change it to anything higher than 352x240 i get the error message "Cannot set video format: E_Fail 8000405". I've even tried using vdub and get the same error saying it cannot set the video format. I've talked to other people that have the same exact capture device and are able to cap at larger resolutions, but for some reason i can't figure this problem out. Even other people can get the device to show up in Photoshop so they can cap images from it. Anybody out there know what my problem is?

There is no problem, the dvc-80 can only cap up to 352x240/288 and thats it.Hardware limitation.Cheap and nasty capture device you should replace.
