Hi all,
I have several VOB files that I'm trying to join together to make an MPG which I can edit. A friend told me the best way to do this is to load up the series of VOBs in DVD2AVI, then save a project file, which I can then open in TMPGenc and convert to mpeg2. I tried this, but TMPGenc will only let me use the d2v file for the video source, and not the audio source.
My question is, how do I get the audio from the VOBs into TMPGenc? I tried using the settings in DVD2AVI to demux all audio tracks, but it doesn't seem to be working. The only thing it's outputting is a d2v file, and there are no audio files output. The format that the audio tracks for the VOBs are in is Linear PCM audio. Also, the "Process WAV" function in the file menu of DVD2AVI is greyed out.
Can anyone give me any insight as to how I can output audio from DVD2AVI to use with my d2v file to convert to Mpeg in TMPGenc? Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Justin
