    hello,
    I was wondering how i could crop a video i have go that I have converted in to mpg-1. It has some little banner at the bottom that is super annoying and was wondering if there was anyway to crop it to get the bottom layer off

    You have to re-encode. You can crop and add borders with TMPG, Avisynth, VirtualDub. What kind of source file is it, resolution, aspect ratio, borders yes/no, aiming for VCD/SVCD? Or do you just want to delete a logo? You see, some more details are required to help you out.

    oh i see...its more less just taking off a logo thats annoying at the bottom
