    Nothing but problems here. No help on this forum, no help from JVC via email addresses supplied (haven't yet gone down the premium rate call route) I am about to send mine back for something different, and JVC have lost my custom

    I've had this unit for about 7 weeks now and have had no problems. I'm no video wiz, but what problems are you having?

    audio /video sync problems when writing from HDD to DVD, will not play disks created on pc (unreadable disk), poor playback performance on original movies (stuttering, locking up) to name but 3

    Sorry, i havn't had these problems. But if it isn't playing original discs properly then there must be a problem with the unit and i would send it back.

    If this was bought mail order, it probably got shaken too hard in transit. It sounds defective, a new one should work just fine.
