They apply levies on blank media such as compact discs and audio cassettes. But say dont download. But still pay levies? Even if I'm backing up Data.

This won't do a thing which affects consumers. The retailers will pay less, but do you think they'll give up the profit? Hell no. This will not change the price of mp3 players as far as the customer is concerned

It only takes one to lower the price.The rest will follow. Then it becomes a matter of SALES not service,in most cases thats what it's like now...lol
