I have the jvc hd camera and am recording in their sd 60p 720x480 wide screen format. When transferred from the camera the video is in mpeg transport format. When I convert it to format for dvd using several different encoders the footage vibrates for lack of a better term. I'm filming dogs running around an obstacle course. The obstacles will vibrate while the dog is running by them. The orginal footage looks fantastic.
I've tried many different variables in the encoding format. But no big differnce with respect to this vibration.
I did happen to make an avs script and using directshowsource put in a frame rate of 29.97, instead of the 59.94. And CCE produced a very nice looking slow motion clip. Actually it looked great, but cannot get it to work at full speed.
Do I need to do some pre processing with avisynth before encoding?
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Eric
