  1. Be warned, for the second time in the last month Netflix has destroyed my que. The first time they re-ordered everything with no explanation and no admission that they had ever done anything. Today they just deleted almost the entire que. I lost over 300 movies I had marked to see.

I guess this is just their latest attempt to slow down your viewing habits.

PLEASE NOTE: I do not want to start yet another Netflix rant so please don't. I just want to warn those of you with Netflix to save your que or risk losing hours of work.

HAHAHA! As much as that would suck, ya know, it may make more sense.

Note to chas0039: change password ASAP.

  5. It isn't the password. The last corruption they pulled was to reorder my que so that all the TV shows were in order at the beginning of the que. This would have taken almost an hour to accomplish and if someone had hacked into my account they would have done more damage with less effort. As well, the password was changed after the last screw up and no one else uses that account or even that email.

And guess what, I just checked and all the movies are back again, out of order but at least they are there. I now have three back ups. Weird.

my biggest bitch with them is that during the first month of rentals, they were super fast on sending me new titles as soon as my returns were received.

Now, it appears that they hold shipping my titles for up to 2 days before they do ship. I know they received in the returns, I get the email and see it on my queue. But they put a message next to the next shipping title that it will ship in 2 days.... I can understand if it was once in a while they had to ship from another warehouse, but it has been with every title since October.... strangely enough, just after my first month was up...

I think they are trying to slow down my shipments cause I was watching 1 a day in October. (3 at a time, but my turnaround was quick and I had 29 rentals in October.)
