Boggles the mind. I wonder what makes people think they can get away with things like this? I'm wondering if I should start supporting the death penalty as a sort of 'second chance for natural selection.'

To be honest, I think the death penalty in 30 days is TOO humane. Torture would be closer to acceptable.
