A former US nurse has been charged with two counts of aiding suicides on the internet, US officials say.
i have a serious problem with this case for 2 very big reasons:

    1) he never actually physically helped them commit suicide, he is accused of posing as someone else on internet chat rooms filled with suicidal people and instructing them to kill themselves. i don't see how it's a criminal act to tell someone that wants to kill themselves to go ahead and do it. it may be a douche thing to do, especially since he was a nurse at one time, but criminal?

    2) more importantly, the two people he is accused of aiding weren't in the united states, one was in canada and one was in england, if there is a case then he should be tried in those countries not the u.s.

the sad thing is one of his "victims" was a really hot chick from the looks of the pics in the article and she offed herself before i had a chance to nail her, that's what he should be prosecuted for, that piece of tail was way too hot to croak.

i'm not sure but i think i'm in a somewhat "evil" mood today.

He was not "instructing them to" commit suicide as in telling them to kill themselves,
instructing people in suicide chatrooms how to take their lives.
Which is a complete crock of $H!T!!!

So now you can get prosecuted for just giving someone information!!
    WTF!!!!!

So if i tell someone i am talking to online or in real life & tell them, "one way to kill yourself is to put a bullet through your temple" and they go and shoot themselves in the head they are going to try and prosecute me for aiding them in their suicide!?!?!

But then you get to this part,
Mr Melchert-Dinkel had told investigators that he encouraged "dozens" of people to commit suicide for the "thrill of the chase".
Now he is just a piece of $H!T F'd in the head lowlife that should get stomped to within inches of his life, brought back to health only to have the process repeated

Some legal experts say it could be difficult to prosecute Mr Melchert-Dinkel under a rarely used law because he allegedly only encouraged the victims to kill themselves, without physically helping them to take their lives.
Honestly, there have been a couple of people throughout my life i have said seriously to, just go kill yourself!!
    LOL!!
