    right i have Corsair value ram in pc a moment (1GB)and ham looking at
    Corsair Twin X XMS3200XL PRO 1GB will it make any differance to my pc or not
    pc spec
    amd 64bite 2800
    gigabyte k8vt800 pro
    mextor sata160gb+ ide 200gb hdd
    western digital 80gb ide hdd main drive
    hiper 525watt psu the new generation 4
    xfx 5600xt grafic card 128mb
    asus rom
    pioneer 108

  2. I am running that exact same RAM. It's really fast, very stable (200MHz-rated sticks running at 256MHz right now).

    You probably will notice a bit of difference with the new RAM in dual-channel mode if you are gaming, but otherwise you won't see too much difference.

    I am so pleased with that RAM that I have another set coming tomorrow morning!

    It would help to know what you mainly use your PC for, and what other uses it occasionally has.

    thx for the reply look like i will just get some more value ram and save @ £200
    it is used for converting films to dvds (not for games )avi ,xvide svcd,vcd ,and things like that with a lot of internet use and usally two or more programs runing at same time eg azureus ,svcd2dvd,neroexpress 3and TMPGEnc at same time
