Problem with TMPGENC and Demultiplexing

I have a 1,5 Gig MPEG2 Movie which i want to cut that i can burn it onto svcd.
When i want to demultiplex this movie tmpgenc creates two files with about 780 mb summary.
i think there is a mark or a defect or something else in the movie file at about 55 minutes.
if i watch the movie with powerdvd there are no problems!
any ideas?

tmpgenc creates one video and one audio file and stops at about 55 minutes without an error message.

The file i want to demultiplex is about 1 hour 40 minutes long.
so why stops tmpgenc at 55 minutes.
is there an end mark.
i have no idea.
