MPEG 2 Plug In Related Problem ???

I use a program called " Memories On TV " for slideshow type productions. In the past I have made VCD final productions. I am trying to make a DVD....Each time I try the program tells me I need an MPEG 2 plug in ???...Is there a way around this without doing the obvious ...$$$$$....I like the program & all it's features but I would like to produce a DVD Final.

Can someone please help ?????

I have tried other programs....like..Nero Vision....but there are too many restrictions & the panning, effects & transitions are not the same.

You need to either

a. Purchase thier Mpeg-2 plugin, or

b. Have a licensed copy of tmpgenc installed on your machine
