    Hi.

I have +200 DV clips, from which I would like to extract the DATACODE (timecode and datecode). This is not that much of a problem; tools like dvdate40en.zip and dvdatecode_v1.1b_exe.zip can do this. However in my case, I need a list which has the following format:

datacode timecode duration comment (the comment I add myself of course)

The 3 first fields should be extracted from the DV clip automatically preferentially as .txt file.

Is there such a tool which does this, or do I have to do this manually using one of the 2 tools I mentioned above?

    Many thanks.

I would suggest you need to start with one of the standard tools, then manipulate the output yourself. You could probably use excel to do the extra work.
