is there a DVD authoring program that lets me add chapters by the time (aka...a new chapter every 10 mins)? I use DVDlab and Ulead DVD WS 2, but both of them only have adding chapters by scene and not by time. Adding chapters by scene doesn't work for the videos I produce since I crossfade alot, which hurts the program sensitivty to scene changes. I always end up missing chapter points where they are most needed...

IFOEdit and TMPGEnc DVD Author can both do it.
If in doubt, Google it. -
Both Ulead MovieFactory2 and VideoStudio 7 provide auto chapters set by time or you can navigate through the clip and manually set them where/when you want based on time

DVD-lab will add chapters automatically every X mins, or you can set them manually wherever you want..
Just go into WordPad and list them on single lines like:
00:10:00
00:25:30
01:06:15
I prefer this since I type better than I scroll.
