    How many megaBytes or kiloBytes that can travel or passthrough a single stream...

    for example in bittorrent files how many simultaneous streams should be open to have a download rate of 50 kB/s...

    Your question has no easy answer. Each connection is not going to provide its max or even in most cases consistant speed.

    In the end there is NO max on what a single "stream" (I assume you mean a connection) can give. Its only limted by your line and theirs.
