  1. I am not sure if i aloud to post this on here if i cant delete it.

    I want to back up my dvd is am using the prog dvd shrink.

    How do you back them up it said something about copyright. How do i get round this?

    open it first and let it run in a proggy like windvd or powerdvd and THEN open it in dvdshrink.

    Or get dvd decryptor to rip your dvd then use shrink to strip what you don't want and burn with nero and its all free,except nero so read the how to guides <<<<----------------------over on the left of this page and learn.

    Have a look at my guide, I've made it as simple as possible with step-by-step instructions and screenshots and it avoids all that hassle with playing a DVD first, and you don't need to buy any software what I used is freeware

  6. I have used dvd dycrypter to back the dvd to my hd. The folder is 6.88GB in size once i remove some features from the dvd it make i 4.7gb in size how do i burn it using nero?

    Theres no way of keeping all the features and burning it. Is it possible to make the film 4.7gb with without removing some features by compressting some how?

    You can use DVDShrink to reduce the size to fit an a DVD-r. Use the Guides to the Left for DVDShrink.

  9. I am trying to burn it to a blank dvd and a problem i encounter is that sometimes it doesnt burn to disk.

    I tried to burn using dvd decrypter it failed tried nero it worked.

    Tried a different film tried to burn with nero it failed when i say failed went through the burning process but nothing on the disk.

    Any ideas whats wrong?

    Process i am doing.

    DVD Decrypter to extract dvd content to HD.
    DVD Shrink to compress it to a CD image file
    Nero to burn image file

    Try CloneDVD. This is the best program for compressing and burning DVD files.

    You have to use DVD Decrypter first though OR use AnyDVD
