  1. I encoded a movie last night using the KSVCD preset. When I viewed it on my DVD player its clearly stretched vertically.

I notice that the default video size for the ksvcd preset is 352x480; is this right? I thought SVCD had to be 480x480.

The movie I'm trying to encode is 640x272. Its about 2 hours long, and the bitrate calculator is suggesting it won't fit well on 2 cds as a regular svcd.

    Any tips? Thanks

  2. The KSVCD preset uses a CVD resolution by default, but if your player doesn't support it, you should use SVCD resolution (by selecting SVCD in the autosize popup prior to hitting the Encode button).
