    This has nothing to do with video editing and I'm not even going to make any silly comments about this article, for a change!!!

    The first paragraph says...

    Inmates will learn to be butchers

    The third paragraph says...

    ...inmates will be trained.....in meat-cutting — a trade they can use when they get out of prison...

    They do that around here. The County inmates raise hogs and prepare them for the jail diet. They already know how to use knives, might as well get some use of it. Better than trying to get a job stamping license plates.
