    Any body have any idea how I can convert mpeg file to photo file. Any idea or suggesstion are welcome. Thank to you all.

    to an image sequence?
    use tmpgenc, open the video, file->output to->sequcence bmp/jpg.

    or just take one screenshot?
    use media player classic, file->save image.

    or photo vcd or dvd?
    click on tools and DVD/VCD Picture
