    Hi,

    Is it possible to find in US an ATI AIW /9600, 9800/ card with PAL tuner?
    If not can you recommend a good price internet store in Europe ?

    Although your ATi AIW may have a US tuner, I'm sure you can set it up to capture PAL through its composite input, which is what is available at the output of a VCR.

    I can't think what else you would want the card for, as there's nothing to receive 'off-air' as it were.

    Yes, I know it will capture PAL via the composite, but I need it for a friend in Europe I'll be visiting soon because we have lower prices here in US.
