I'm taking a series of JPG pictures taken with my 3.1 megapixel camera (photo size ~ 1500x1300 - 800kb) and I'm using Windows Movie Maker to create a simple slideshow in .wmv format.
I'm then using TmpgEnc to convert the wmv file to a m2v file. I have alot of pictures and I'm planning on adding music to them (in PCM because my DVD player has problems with home made AC3)
So in TmpgEnc, how high of a bitrate is good enough? For pictures does it matter if 2 pass VBR or CBR is used?
thanks
