    I need help on how to do screenshots
    my wmv and real player does not work properly when i hit print scan
    it ends up moving the image and etc
    so can u guys refer me to a program which allows screenshots

    Hello,

    Try powerdvd or windvd. Both have built in screenshots and work with mpeg4 type video files (such as divx or wmv).
