none that i know of -- you just load the file into besweet and go to hit dts to mp3 button

i just tried it and worked fine ..

you may want to change the sample rate to 44.1 , then just hit the ssrc button and select 44.1 .. then go back to dts to mp3

i dont know -- i make dts files , don't want to convert them to something else , even if i do i have the original stems ..

since you have the dvd - use the ac3 file instead, there is almost no such thing as a dts only dvd as it is totally non compliant .. or warez ..
