    Hello,

How many dvd box sets do you have?????

    I have 6:

    LOTR: Fellowship Extended Edition

LOTR: The Two Towers Extended Edition

    Star Wars Trilogy

    Indiana Jones Trilogy

    Sledge Hammer Season 1

MST3K Volume 5 (could be 4 can't remember, it has Girl with Gold Boots on it)

I almost have 7 (I have Jurassic Park1 and JP3, I ordered the bonus disc plus the box case with jp3 so I have all but The Lost World - so I have 3/4th of it! ).

    Hello,

Um... I think the two prequels would count as 2/3rd of a box set since episode 3 isn't available yet!

Actually I was thinking it would be cool to make your own prequel box set. Get a box like other 4 disc box holders. Then put the cases for 1 and 2 in. Get another empty case for upcoming episode 3. Then get a case that will hold three discs for each bonus disc of the prequels (having room ready for episode 3 next november when the dvd is released ).

  6. I voted 6-10.

I've got a few box sets but plenty of full series that I have singularly, not "formally" as box sets.

    Trilogies or greater:

    Seasons 1-4 of The Simpsons
    Terminator 1-3
    Back To The Future 1-3
    Indiana Jones 1-3
    Rocky 1-5
    Cruel Intentions 1-3
    Police Academy 1-7
    Austin Powers 1-3
    American Pie 1-3
    The Matrix 1-3
What does my name mean ?

First 4 letters of my favorite people here:
Supreme2k, Indolikaa, Capmaster, Yoda313 & William Haybu...I mean, Will Hay

    Hello,

SuprIndoCapmYodaWill - It's a shame you can't change your vote. I consider individual seasons a box set for tv (ie season 1 would be one box set).

    Nice collection though,

Well if we are counting seasons, then I have about four seasons of Friends in region 2.

I need to convert them over.

I have a lot of Box Series sets. Here are some:

StarWars - The largest currently containing the holiday special, both Ewok movies, the original Release WS trilogy, the SE 2.0 trilogy, and Ep.s 1&2 so far.

    Back to the Future

    Indiana Jones

    Simpsons

LOTR - I have the first 2 extended vs, and ROTK is preordered for the Extended.

    Baz Luhrman Red Curtain Collection

Allan Quartemain Collection - The Richard Chamberlain ones plus League of Extraordinary Gentleman.

    Jurassic Park

    Futurama

    Family Guy

    Animated Tolkien set of LOTR

Anne of Green Gables/Avonlea - My wifes

Superman - Had it before Reeves passed away

Neverending Story - I really only like the first one, but my wife wanted them all.

National Lampoons: Vacationers Frenzy - includes all of our favorite Griswold memories

    Mad Max collectors set

    Transformers

    GI Joe

    Invisible Man Legacy

    Frankenstein Collection

Shool House Rock 30th Anniversary set

Educational Archives Collection - Those 1940s-70s high school films with Johnny and Jamie that were supposed to scare high schoolers about sex & drugs, or help people with social problems. These are the educational films Matt Groening used the character Troy McClure to make fun of in the Simpsons. Pure Classic material.

I have the first 2 LOTR extended editions. But can you really count each as a box set? I'd think a box set would consist of more movies / episodes than 1, otherwise you could count any movie with a separate special features disc.
Nothing can stop me now, 'cause I don't care anymore.

    Hello,

I count the LOTR Extended Edition as a seperate box set.

It's MORE than a movie with a bonus disc. It has 2 bonus discs and the main movie is on 2 discs with 4 commentary tracks. That makes it different from say, just Matrix Reloaded (which is a movie plus 1 bonus disc).

    Kevin

I agreed, that's why I listed all of my StarWars movies together, along with Simpsons, Futurama, Family Guy, etc. I will be continuing to collect them, and consider them boxed sets, but LOTR would be a Box set with all three movies together. I've got mine pre-ordered. Wah-Hoo!
