    If so, how'd you go about learning it? I missed out on this years college courses, so I have an entire year of free time. :P I use to be a big fan of the "for Dummies" books, but lately they lack in funny, I don' think they'll do it for me anymore. Thanks for any input.

  2. I knew nothing, literally, about HTML and I've made entire site through PHP. It's an OScommerce site but I've changed it quit a bit through trial and error. I would consider myself fluent with it now though.

    I learned PHP by installing PHP and writing PHP files. It has a lot of documentation, including some introductory material that covers the basic syntax.
