Is it possible to create sub menus underneath an existing menu item?
I have a number small mpeg files that I would like to group together in sub categories. Barring that, is there a way of adding additional menu pages?

This is not supported. And it is unlikley to be so in the future. For this type of this you really need a devoted DVD authoring package...
