    Hi

    Got a strange thing going here... All Avi/DivX/Xvid play either slow motion, choppy or both on all my players (tried WMP, Winamp, PowerDVD, WinDVD and even the official DivX Player). My system recognizes the format and says it's supported but the video still won't play right, even though the audio is fine.

    Only after I use TMPGEnc to convert it to MPG it starts playing right... any ideas anyone? Thanks.

    Uninstall all your Mpeg 4 codecs and install only Xvid or Divx.
