Ok, I got a movie from a site (BT) and the audio is in english, the menus in Dutch and it automatically adds Dutch subtitles to the movie. There is no option to turn off subtitles. How can you remove subtitles before burning the dvdr to a blank DVD? I am kind of new and dont know all the terms and what not so if this is the wrong forum I apologize guys.
Thanks!

IFOEdit is the fastest/easiest way to do this. You can edit the IFO file so as not to play default subtitles. However, ISOEdit is not the easiest program to use
There are guides for it here thou, and over at www.doom9.org look at their subtitle guides (they tell you how to turn on automatic subs, just do the reverse/opposite).
