I have just backed a couple of DVD's I have using
Nero and DVD Santa. The Nero was just a Disk Copy
and the DVD Santa was a Video_TS. Both burns went fine. But when I tried to play them, nothing.
One disk is a Arita DVD RW x 2. The othe is a Pioneer DVD RW x 2. I cannot open either DVD./ I cannot Erase either of them. When I try to use Nero to Erase them it tells me both disks are not RW. I've had a few coasters in my time, but do not use DVDR disks now
until I get it on a RW and then just copy. Just for your info CDR-W seem OK. In my computer my burner shows up OK as DVDRW Drive E. As soon as I place a DVD in the drive it changes to CD Drive.
I have uninstalled, rebooted, but still same problem.
I have had the drive since it came out. Been quite
reliable upto now. Can you help.

I would put a commercial DVD in...................if it doesn't read it then you probably have a laser which is not picking up DVD's. If it works............I don't know.
GoodluckAll I've got in this world is my balls and my word.....
and I don't break them for no one!
