Who do you call for support... for a cell phone game?

I guess I need to talk to verizon, but I've been playing Everquest Hero's Call 2 on my new cell phone and all of a sudden if you goto the 1st level again the whole phone restarts. Thats messed up.

Having worked in cell phone customer service, chances are very likely you'd be told to exchange the phone for a new one. I'd be very surprised if anyone there would know any details, particuarly if they outsource their customer service. Check out the phone's website for tech support.

Check out Howard Forums. I'm sure you'll be able to find more info there (they were down at the time I checked, but I'm sure it's just a temporary technical issue). There are several times the members of this forum over there. Verizon may also have a message forum, as well as the phone's manufacturer.....

Yeah I already tried Howard Forums and yeah they have been down a while, at least there is a message there.

I kinda hope they offer to exchange the phone since its only a month old, at the same time though that means I'd lose my game save for Everquest... damn them!

Maybe I should be a data cable for radio shack and download bitpim, see if I can backup the application.
