...I see the E: drive empty.
I burned a DVD+R from Verbatim using a NEC-2510a.
It works fine both on my DVD writer and on my laptop DVD reader.
I give this to a friend but when he try to read it the dvd appears empty.
No popup windows nor errors in event viewer.
Any idea about wha't happening ?
Thanx in advance,
Simone

Hello,
Did you finalize it??? You could also have your friend upgrade the firmware on his dvd drive.

Check is drive with dvdinfopro of Nero InfoTool to see if his drive supports DVD+R.
Mine don't support DVD+R. -

Your problem may be with the book-type settings.
I had a problem where some PC's couldn't read a DVD+R disk I burnt, but, if you change the book type to DVD-ROM, then they can read it. Unfortunately, you can't change the book-type after burning (unless its a DVD+RW).
Check out the latest version of DVDInfo Pro (www.dvdinfopro.com), it allows you to change book-type settings for most DVD writers
