I've been capturing VHS video and converting it to MPEG2 video for burning to DVD. I know I've been doing most of it at 8000 Kbs. What I want to know is how to tell what bitrate an MPEG2 clip has? It doesnt tell you in Windows Media Player if you play it and ask for properties, it doesnt tell you under any headings in My Documents if you ask for Properties. So if you have an MPEG2 file on your hard drive, how do you identify what Bitrate that clip is? Thanks
