  1. How many svcd movies can fit on 1 dvd? Does the program have some sort of counter or bar that shows how much of the disk is being used and how much more can fit on?
    Thanks,

  2. I know when I goto burn, it tells me how much of the dvd is being used. I myself have put 3 svcd's on one dvd. Somtimes 4. Depends on the file size. Don't forget dvd is 4.7G.
I want to die in my sleep like my grandfather...not screaming and yelling like the passengers in his car.

  3. you can fit on 3 average 1.6 gig svcds but you may have to shrink the video/audio ts files with dvdshrink or similer. kvcd up to six films.

dont foget to run the mpgs thru womble to keep nearly perfect lipsync

  4. I never burn right to disc...I always check my VDEO_TS folder when svcd2dvd is complete...Then when svcd2dvd is complete I check the size of the VIDEO_TS folder. I keep the VIDEO_ TS folder to around 4.35 gigs
then never have to shrink it. I then play the VIDEO_TS folder in Power DVD Player to make sure all is OK. I check the menus and the sync to make sure I didn't screw anything up. Then I burn it with Nero Ultra.

I can fit 3 svcd movies on 1 DVD..I even made a webpage on how to do it.
Here's the page...if you need help and you are serious just email me my addy is on the site. I can hook you up with some of the software i am using to.
