    I tried to encode Trigun(MANGA) in MPEG2 (think it'a svcd?) but the picture dosent move smooth the bitrate is set at 3000 i have tried diffrent settings like one pass and multipass avg:3000 min:2000 max:4000 but it dosen't help

    should i use a special tecnique when using DVD2AVI?

    Could anyone help me to make a good svcd.

    i also noticed that you cant resize the source to 480x480 is it true??
