does anyone kno a good substitute for dvd lab that is free? i have used the trial versions of unlead dvd moviefactory, tmpgenc dvd author and dvd lab (the best of the three so i found) and ithas come to the point where all the trial periods have expired.

in short im looking for a free alternative for dvd with menu creation. preferably nota as basic as unlead or tmpgenc dvd author as they were pretty basic.

    Hello,

Dvd author gui is the only one listed on the tools page as totally free. I've only used it once or twice. It is very basic but it can work. I think ifoedit can also do some work but it's very complicated.

There are good apps at $50USD at many computer stores. You can look for one that might be in your price range.
