FTR, I define cheating as anything that involves genital action - kissing is not cheating IMO.

The other conundrum is that as BF and GF, there is no legal statute that binds you to each other like there is with marriage that I'm aware of. So is shagging someone else cheating when you are not married ?

2. it's no conundrum at all - if you need a legal agreement to keep you faithful, why are you in a relationship?

cheating is cheating if the other party you're involved with is unaware and/or uncool with it - if your significant other doesn't mind, or gets involved, or you have a relationship where that's mutually acceptable, rock out with your **** out. if you don't have that kind of understanding, and you do it anyway, you're lower than a snake's cornhole.

Guess that would be along the same lines of what housepig said. My chick don't care if I go to a strip club so I guess it's not cheating, I wouldn't go out with a chick that thought it was.

I consider 'cheating' to be any situation where you are having sex with another woman whom you are not 'committed' to. Defining the word 'committed' is easy for me. If she's sharing my bed and my checking account, she's committed.

Just my opinion. I only judge adultery/cheating in regards to married couples. And even then, it's really not my place to 'judge' anyone. Please see my previous post for further clarification on this matter.
